WAIVER FORMS
Requests for waivers to residency requirements must be made prior to being
drafted and or being assigned to a team. All waivers must be submitted to and
approved by Little League Inc.
Waiver II (d) (Form and Instructions)
Players who previously lived and played in the league boundaries and have since moved
out of the league's boundaries are eligible to play in the league they moved out
of provided they have
not missed a playing season (play must be continuous). This is known as a LL

Waiver
Accommodation
Players who have never lived in the league boundaries but want to play in a
league must have a compelling reason or circumstance that Little League will
approve in order to play in that league - This waiver is known as an
Accommodation Waiver
Waiver IV (h)
If a person had previously resided within the
league boundaries for two years while serving that league as a dedicated
manager, coach or member of the Local League Board of Directors for two
years, his or her sons and/or daughters are eligible to try out and be
selected by teams in that league.
